Returns & Exchanges

 

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify.
• Due to the nature of our products (wellness, sprays, oils, and personal use items), we cannot accept opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items 

 

• Opened essential oils, sprays, or any wellness products
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards

Refunds

 

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery at chaelsincere@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

 

How to Start a Return

2. We’ll provide instructions for shipping the item(s) back.
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
