Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify.
- Due to the nature of our products (wellness, sprays, oils, and personal use items), we cannot accept opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened essential oils, sprays, or any wellness products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery at chaelsincere@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
How to Start a Return

- We’ll provide instructions for shipping the item(s) back.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
